Theresa Pittman
Duties:
The President is overall in charge of everything, but will delegate and oversee that things are done. If other channels have been tried to no avail, contact the president, and she will see that your concerns are addressed.
Gina Hartgraves
Duties:
The Vice President is in charge of overall operations, including making sure transportation is arranged, volunteers are secured, and communication needs are met in regards to parents, volunteers, students, and staff.
Kathy Fabricus
Duties:
The Secretary is in charge of keeping records of all meetings, keeping the by-laws, maintaining files, and all correspondence for the organization as a whole (i.e. thank you cards, donation requests, etc.)
Aida Rivera
Duties:
The Treasurer is in charge of all financial records, and student accounts.
