The First Vice President is in charge of anything financial (i.e. concessions, fundraising, outstanding student accounts, etc.)

The Second Vice President is in charge of overall operations, including making sure transportation is arranged, volunteers are secured, and communication needs are met in regards to parents, volunteers, students, and staff.

Duties:
The Secretary is in charge of keeping records of all meetings, keeping the by-laws, maintaining files, and all correspondence for the organization as a whole (i.e. thank you cards, donation requests, etc.)
